First proposal was made in 2013 and it was start to built in 2015 and schedule to finish in 2017. Located in the outskirt among commercial development area, residential mix, houses and industrial, it was developed carried a vision to contribute socially and spatially to the city, as well as economically and hope to be Jakarta's next generation of lifestyle. Land typology form of marshes and within natural contour, idea was to create a layer inspired by natural hill and each part of it constitude by gheographical design approachment. Within lenght of area reach approximately 486 meter it is predicted to be one of the massive building in Jakarta. The landscape design was made in a rainforest concept that revolves around the building like it was floating above, and people are able to walk in to there since it integrated with the building as an open space.

The green material in particulary is apart of the vertical green wall system that required for sustainably design, it was also a manifestation of the green hill concept design. The panel system work support by it vertical structure that connect to the wall structure behind, amid between leaved space that allow the building to breathe. Panel filling use special material called geotextile to distribute moisture and nutrients to the plant, it also function as structural roots and allow it to grow ubiquitous.

On the facade appearance it was cover with the green material along the main entrance opening which used a panel system to install, and glass curtain wall used in a limited area, including opening the building's closed skin, at a busy corner on a roundabout.

Benefied from the large volume, this building wil be acomodate approximately 300 new retailers and a roster of leisure and food operators. Floor area was divided into three court zone, east court, centre court and west court.

The open mall create series of terrace and green spaces that are accesible.The terraces turn the vast roofs of the shopping centre into open, green space in which the public can meet and relax. The restaurants and bars all spill out onto the terraces but can be accessed independently to the retail facilities through covered outdoor stair that navigate around and over the building
