The existing building that rented by owner need to do total renovation in order to meet their needs. It didn't required a special design, since they already had design template. However, it was free to recommended an option. Following the design guideline by improving material choose and built up a new building cover support with it own structure, it was finish after 6 month construction period of time. This building already function and use as office & warehouse now.
The building is equipped by support facilities, and it was all new construction. Design improvement include façade for existing building and interior. The idea for it was to flatten the front shape to create precision since the existing was out of line. Final design was approved as owner request to create pattern for the cover panel, it was then inspired by palette color of Sampoerna branding. Apart of it function as warehouse, it also functionated as an office, so owner request to design a warmth and attractive ambient to create a good work enviroment.
